At what layer height are the models printed?

Our models are printed at a layer height of 50 μm, equivalent to 0.05 mm per layer. After extensive testing, we've determined this height strikes a balance between quality and efficiency. Should you desire a model printed with a smaller layer height, don't hesitate to contact us.

What's the processing time for a 3D print?

Usually, it takes about 5 to 7 days. During holidays, it might stretch to 14 days, but we promise it's worth the wait for the magic!

How are items shipped?

We team up with reliable couriers, and each package is marked with a Fragile sticker.

How does the 'Scale' function?

The scale of tabletop miniatures refers to the measurement from the ground to the eye level of an average human. The two standard scales for tabletop play are 28mm and 32mm. While both D&D and Warhammer traditionally used 28mm scale, Warhammer has shifted to 32mm scale, and many D&D players also embrace larger scale models. We recomend 32mm scale.
