Hey there, miniature enthusiasts! The first month of our store's journey is now behind us. Alongside our dedicated team, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude for your trust and substantial orders. It's been a busy month filled with valuable lessons, all thanks to your support. September will mark a phase of transformation in our operations, store configuration, and growth. Anticipate new purchasing options coming your way this month, but let's delve into the details.
Expanding to ETSY
To reach a wider audience, we've expanded our store to include the ETSY platform. Most of our team members used to shop for miniatures on this platform, and we're aware that a significant portion of the community shops there. We hope that through this move, more people will become aware of our existence. Rest assured, our website will continue to evolve and remain the primary distribution source. The best promotions and additional service options will still be found here, including...
Design your Miniature
Yes, you asked for it! Many of you mentioned how great it would be if we offered the option to print your own miniatures. We're granting you this opportunity, and in addition, we're introducing a comprehensive guide on where to source ready-made STL files or how to use character creators to craft your unique figurines.
New Artist Collaboration
We've established a partnership with Artisian Guild. We've admired their miniatures for a long time, and we're proud to be able to print them for you.
Store Interface Enhancements
We've noticed that a significant portion of our customers make purchases through their mobile phones. After conducting some research, we've decided to revamp our website to make it more mobile-friendly. But don't worry, PC users – the store's appearance will also undergo changes for your convenience.
Resin and Layer Count
After numerous prints, we've decided to standardize the layer count of our miniatures. It will be 50 microns, which is 0.05mm. In our opinion, this is a golden mean. Many of us would like to print with fewer layers, but unfortunately, such miniatures take too long to print. If new possibilities arise, we'll strive to reduce layer thickness even further, as less is better. As for resin, after several experiments, we settled on a mixture of Siraya Tech Fast ABS and Siraya Tech Tenacious resins. We believe this blend is perfect for miniature printing.
Back to School Sale
And for those of you who made it this far, we have a special treat. With the new school year starting, we're announcing a promotion: 15% off everything for the first two weeks of September. Let's kick off the new academic year in style ;)
